  • WHAT IS THE WITHDRAWAL PERIOD ?

    You have 30 days to return an item that would not satisfy you. It must be return to us in its original packaging and in new condition. Any box open or any product used will be refused.

  • HOW TO MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER ?

    Please contact Customer Service less than an hour after placing your order by email (sb@ckarlys.fr) specifying the number of your order and your request.

    Any order with the status "In preparation" can not be modified or canceled.

  • WHAT MUST I DO WHEN I RECEIVE MY ORDER ?

    When you receive your package it must be controlled. If it is in poor condition, take pictures. In case of withdrawal of the package do not hesitate to open the package on site and control the contents, or put a reserve or just refuse it.   • HOW TO RETURN PRODUCTS ?

    In accordance with the regulations, if a product does not finally meet your expectations, you have a right of withdrawal within 14 days, increased to 30 days from us after receipt of your entire order.

    To exercise this right, thank you to inform us of your decision to retract within the time limit by sending an email to: sb@ckarlys.fr by specifying your name, first name and order number.
